Meet Joyce Smith. You may remember her from the film Breakthrough about her son, John who fell through the ice in a lake in Missouri. John stayed under the water for a long time, was pulled out and was literally dead for over 45 minutes. Check out the trailer below. Today, Joyce shares with us how John’s story didn’t start in 2015 when he fell through the ice. John’s story started in a small village in Guatemala in 2000.
